Hi I’m Misty

I’m the flower farmer behind All Dahlia’d Up Flower Farm in Palmer, Alaska.

I grow seasonal flowers on our property in the middle of my husband’s family vegetable farm—sweet peas, snapdragons, sunflowers, thousands of dahlias and whatever else Alaska lets me get away with.

I’ve been growing flowers here for more than a decade, and I’m still learning something new every season.

Around here, I write about flowers, farming, Alaska, the business of growing them, and whatever else is happening on the farm.
