Our little Alaska flower farm made it into a book.

FEATURED IN THE FLOWER FARMERS
One of the really special things to come out of the past few years was being included in The Flower Farmers: Inspiration & Advice from Expert Growers by Debra Prinzing and Robin Avni.
The book brings together flower farmers from across North America to share their stories, growing practices, favorite flowers and the things they’ve learned along the way.
And then, to make it even more special, I got to host one of the authors, Debra Prinzing, here on the farm for a book signing.
Having our little corner of Palmer, Alaska represented in a book about flower farmers from around the country is something I’m pretty proud of.
The book was published by Abrams in 2025 and is a really legitimate piece of third-party credibility for you, because you’re not just saying “I’m an experienced flower farmer.” Other respected people in the flower-farming world chose you to be part of a book about expert growers.
A few places I’ve shared the story of All Dahlia’d Up
Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to sit down for podcasts, newspaper interviews, agricultural conversations and even a few television interviews to talk about flowers, farming in Alaska, running a small farm business and the story behind All Dahlia’d Up.
Some conversations have been about growing flowers in Alaska. Some have been about the business of flower farming. And some have been about the people and experiences that have shaped this farm along the way.
I’m grateful for every opportunity to share what I’ve learned, what I’m still learning, and a little bit of what makes this place special.
Here are some of the places All Dahlia’d Up and I have been featured over the years.
