The wild summer my computer crashed.
Our season started off in May with our main computer crashing. Sadly we never had a chance to get it fixed all season. I didn’t mind much other than I missed connecting with you. The time away was good in the respect I could focus just about completely on growing flowers and posting on social media. Therefor resulting in our instagram reaching over 1000 followers almost catching up to our facebook page. Now, enough of all that. The rest of the newsletter is about the latest here on the farm followed by highlights of the season. It was pretty incredible in so many ways. I can’t wait to share! July Farm Elopement…

Butterfly Season
Butterfly season, Every June after all the flower babies are in the ground and before they bloom my daughter and I head off on our annual mother daughter camping trip. This year we went to Chena Hot Springs just outside of Fairbanks. The weather was wonderful and warm, the hot springs refreshing but what stands out and what we marveled at was all the butterflies so many in fact June should be called butterfly season in Alaska. They were so thick they would sadly fly into our windshield. My favorite however was when the butterflies were drinking water from the ground by the outdoor potable water station. Top 12 Blooming Insights of 2015
I got this idea for sharing my Top 12 Blooming Insights from pleasurable weight loss expert Jena la Flamme. So many times instead of seeing everything we did right, loving and good in any given year we pull out everything that didn’t go so good or hurt us in someway. However our year is both. This is called life. 2015 ended last night with my daughter, Jenna and husband, Glen and I sharing our highlights and low lights of the year. As we shared my heart felt so full of love.
