Who would’ve guessed that a color of the year announcement would evoke tears of deep personal emotion to my eyes and full body goosebumps. I got this idea for sharing my Top 12 Blooming Insights from pleasurable weight loss expert Jena la Flamme. So many times instead of seeing everything we did right, loving and good in any given year we pull out everything that didn’t go so good or hurt us in someway. However our year is both.
