Flowers kept showing up
There it was, Bloom Imprints Slow Flowers Journal, “Botanical Couture Summer 2022 edition” with my article Flowers From The Heart; The purple Dahlia within its 88 pages. I can’t even begin to describe seeing my words published where thousands of eyes will take a sneak peak into how I started the business of my dreams, sharing the blooms I grow and their messages of love with the world. I wrote, “They say grief comes from not being able to receive love from the departed and lack of being able to express ours in return. From an Alaska Glacier to Our Flower Farm
From our very first Dinner Tour we held here on the farm in 2016 I had dreamt of having chef “Delicious Dave” dish out his magic with Alaska Grown food from my families farms, Vanderweele Farm & Glacier Valley Farm. Which last year my dream came true. The food was incredible. Dave even plugged us over on his Instagram @DeliciousAlaska, I absolutely love his video where he captured the live music playing “I can’t help falling in love with you.” But he’s the adventurous sort so when he said he wanted to cook again for us I was surprised, but delighted.
