Meet “Miss Dahlia”
Growing season 2015 hasn’t even started and I already have a spot to Double the size of my Dahlia production. WHOOP, WHOOP. A new weekly customer and get this… My very own flower truck! Meet Miss Dahlia… She’ll get cleaned up a bit, but basically staying the same. Maybe one day we will re-furb her. But I’m TOTALLY in love with her just as is though! Next time you see her she’ll be full of Dahlia’s of all colors! I’m sure this season will bring some bumps but that’s life. **One more thing, I already have a start on 4 new Dahlia’s colors. 🙂 Should be a good year there though, how could…

Dahlia Season 2014 a Success
Season 2014 was the test to see if my dream of having my own small Dahlia flower farm was sustainable. And it was… to my surprise not only sustainable but a big hit. My Dahlia’s graced the Red Beet Bistro, Turkey Red, numerous friends and family and even a wedding! Which was crazy since I had a late start, was hit with almost every bug known to Dahlia’s, including testing a container type planting system that proved to be okay in a pinch but not sustainable for good Dahlia production.
