Day of Flowers & On Farm Dinner Virtual Mini Tours

Up first…The Day of Flowers was incredible. This event was six hours of flowers. The main goal was to share and show how flowers can be way more than simply something beautiful to look at. That they really are food for the soul.

Upon arrival to the very end halos were made, arrangements to take home, flower mandalas, even the food that was eaten followed by a flower imprinting workshop ending with a flower offering to the sky. All delightfully wonderful if not magical.

An evening where true dreams of mine were had. From the harvest tables, the chef and even live music. All three a firsts for our little flower farm. Up until the morning of, it poured rain. You’ll be able to tell it was the most perfect Alaskan summers eve ending with an early chill in the air whispering fall is coming.

For me however the highlight was watching all the guests enjoying the flowers and food. Laughing, listening to music with Pioneer Peak back drop and vibrant blooms from individually made center pieces all around.
