Preparing for All Dahlia’d Up’s first Market I was mixed with anticipation, dread and excitement. Anticipation to seeing happy customers love the bouquets they purchase, dread and worry that my flowers aren’t good enough and excitement to share my flowers. However, I shouldn’t worried one bit, after all flower seems to capture people attention. The weather was sunny and hot, perfect…The comments ranged from, “your flowers look like velvet” to many, many, beautifuls, lovelies and gorgeous. Magic in the Dahlia Patch
Seems fitting to have red Dahlia’s blooming by July, Don’t you think? July is going to be crazy fun busy! Kicking it off on the 4th with family and friends. Then my daughters Sweet 16 Garden Party on the 11th. On Saturday July, 18 I’m so excited to be having our FIRST Flower Farm Tour Workshop and Alaska Grown Breakfast! You can still get tickets. Then the next weekend we hit the road for a wedding about 200 miles from home. Then throw in a family memorial BBQ a Bridal Shower and lots of out of town guests… Well no one said its ever boring around here 🙂 In the meantime every day…
