Resale Rights Disclaimer: Misty VanderWeele at MV International gives the resale rights at no charge to the participants to the 365 Days Of Duchenne Desk Top Calender Advocacy and Awareness Project. From December 1, 2011 to December 31, 2012. Participants are defined as an individual who has registered to partake in the said project who have submitted a photograph or photographs to feature in the calendar.  Further, all state and federal taxes of all earnings earned from the participant reselling the calendar is the direct responsibility of the participant. Under no circumstances can the participant give resale rights away to any other party or individual without prior authorization from Misty VanderWeele at MV International.  If terms are violated they are punishable by law and could jeopardize participation in any other advocacy activities by Misty VanderWeele or MV International.
